Don’t miss these fun fall activities for families that everyone will enjoy!

Fall time is my favorite time of year!

I love the cooler weather, the sweet crispness in the air, and the leaves changing from green to a myriad of golden colors.

Then there’s pumpkins and pumpkin spice everything! Chunky knit sweaters, fall boots, snuggling up under blankets by the fire — I just love all the cozy things about fall!

Every year, our family loves to spend time together doing tons of different fun fall activities.

We have a yearly tradition of going apple picking at a nearby u-pick apple orchard and then coming home to make something yummy with those freshly picked apples.

Another yearly tradition our family has is touring a local farm and learning all about their animals. We also take a hayride at the farm, which brings us to their pumpkin patch where each of us can pick our own pumpkin. We go home later in the day to paint our pumpkins while munching on donuts and apple cider. Yum!

These two traditions are fall time staples in our family, and we always have so much fun doing them together!
